Garth (senior librarian) tells us to be on the lookout for a restricted
book that had been stolen (6 hours ago) from the library, along with
several other nonm-restricted ones.  They were stolen from an unrestricted
section of the library - the restricted book had been misfiled.  All the
books concerned summonings/banishings.  On our way out, we pass Beazly
as he's being interviewed by the head librarian, saying he hasn't done
any summoning since he aced his summoning class.

We talk to Taktasnur (local crimelord), who mentions two other incidents
that may be related.  A turkey attack left a plucked (but not dead) turkey
and large footprints in the area.  Lilli interviews the turkey victim.
The other incident was vandalism in the kitchen, which made quite a mess
and a fair amount of food vanished.  There was a note left after each
incident - bodashius cow!

We eventually give up following those leads and try to hunt down the
halfling watcher, who tricks us into a fight with a black dragon who
enjoys pounding surf and has a number of mephit minions (and a black
ooze cleaner).
